Shipping Policy for PFT Wales

At PFT Wales, we strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping. Please read our shipping policy below to understand our processes and terms:

1. Shipping Times:

• We aim to ship all orders on a 24-hour service if in stock.
• Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

2. Couriers:

• We use various couriers to deliver your orders. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays or issues encountered by the couriers.
• Please be aware that some longer items can take a bit longer to be delivered

3. Shipping Rates:

• Shipping prices are based on the weight and length of the package.
  • Up to 25 kg and 1.5 meters in length: Standard shipping rate.
  • Over 25 kg and between 1.5 to 3 meters in length: Higher shipping rate not guaranteed next day .
  • For packages exceeding these dimensions or weight, please note that next-day delivery is not always guaranteed.

4. Exceptions and Special Conditions:

• Longer and heavier shipments may require additional handling time and may not always be eligible for next-day delivery. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you with further details.
