Priming the Mixing chamber

We always start with a bit of water at the bottom of the mixing chamber so the first thing going through the rotor stator is water and wet mix .

Adding Material for the first time

Here we add material to the mixing zone on top of the small amount of water we have allready added. Please note we add a small amount to start in case of any material issues . Materials in the UK are very good and its been perfectly normal to empty a full bag into the chamber
Material test pipe available here

Priming and connecting the material hose

Always do this at ground level. 1 part at a time. Never up on the scaffold

  1. Send material through pressure flange
  2. Prime 1st material hose and send material through
  3. Repeat & Prime 2nd material hose if required
  4. Dip spray gun in water and send material through

Setting the Gun up

The air tube setting tool click to buy makes an easy job of setting the silver air tube back to the correct distance

When you finish spraying here is the procedure

Remember when you are not spraying, unplug the compressor and release the air pressure or you will not be able to turn the machine on and off because the air on the gun will be controlling that.
